American Symbols

[Just realized that this post never got posted! It was supposed to post September 19. Oops! Sharing it now!]

I always enjoy teaching about American symbols and Texas symbols. Since I’m in 1st grade this year, I must say goodbye to Texas symbols. I purchased Deanna Jump’s unit this year. It was the first time I had purchased something from TPT. (I’m a Looky Lou. If it’s free, I’ll take it! Other than that, I just give them drops in their buckets in my mind. 🙂 )

Anyway, it was definitely a well spent $8.50. Look at what came out of it?! Super cute!

{I took these pictures before we finished putting on the little labels.}

Happy Teaching,

Amanda
